The mattress itself was ok, though we selected on the basis that the previous memory foam mattress that we selected left us too hot and we found this one just as warm. Ultimately, after a few weeks of trying to get on, we decided to return under the 365 day returns policy. This, sadly, is where the problems began. Expecting that we'd have a collection in a few days (as we did when we trialled Eve) we ordered a new mattress and arranged collection as soon as it arrived. 2 weeks later, we're still waiting for the collection to be arranged, and when I contacted BHF (the partner they use for returns) they are unaware of us, and have a 3 week lead time. So we have this kingsize mattress leaned up against a wall in the dining room meantime. In summary then: the mattress is fine (if a little soft and warm), but the customer service is pretty poor.

You MUST avoid this company. There are plenty of other mattress options available online.The mattress was delivered and was generally quite comfortable, except that it was just way too hot. Fortunately (so we thought), their trail period allows the product to be returned for a full refund. The initial contact was prompt and polite, and photographs of the mattress were requested (and provided). We were told that the returns department would be in touch to arrange collection. And that's where the problems begin - not heard anything from them since. Tried to contact them, but that seems impossible. Emails are being ignored, their phone lines are closed and they have an online chat which is AI rather than a human. I have a mattress I don't want and they have my money.

Excellent bed have never slept better and excellent service very affordable


It's too soft for me and my partner to keep a good sleep. It falls in and it is not as comfortable as I thought it would be. I have owed it for a month and it doesn't keep the right shape while sleeping yet.


Hi All, I can't complain about the mattress LOVE IT, but I got the bundle which included bedding and pillows.The pillows which aren't even a year old have lost their shape and are saggy I am being told that it happens. WELL it hasn't happened to my child's pillows. £70 per pillow, meant to have a two year warranty, and being told there is nothing they cant do as they cant see no visible fault (bit hard from pictures don't you think?). Very disappointed in the customer service.

Takes a bit of getting used too. But having a good night's sleep now. Comfy mattresse.

I am still learning about the bed . Better than my old bed

I don’t love the pillow!! It doesn’t stay fluffy!! but it’s nice for it to come complimentary with the purchase. Maybe my heads too big but I have a small head so I don’t think that’s it!?

Creat communication, the mattress was delivered in the timeframe provided by nectar. The mattress itself is good but I am not fully sure if I am satisfied. Somehow I feel warmer than I used to when sleeping on my old mattress (if you want to hold your spouse it gets really warm, to the point you sweat). Next, yes my back pain reduced, but I wish the mattress was softer. I used it for almost 2 months and I can’t say I am sleeping that well. (Average comfort and I also use a mattress topper). Lastly, the mattress came with pillows which I never use because they are uncomfortable. (The bedding, duvee and mattress protector were good)

We tried this mattress for almost 12 months but for us we found it just too firm and so decided to return it under the 12 month free trial.

We love our new Nectar! We can't wait until it's sleep time every night. I have a bad back and this bed makes it feel better when I sleep... it relieves pressure. It's a little soft but not too soft... Buy it now!!! We didn't really have the money for this matress but I don't regret it. Will buy it again someday.
